Valley Community Church has a number of programs in place at this time to serve the disabled community and others are in the works. We are excited about God’s plans for this ministry.
Special Needs Sunday School (also know as Friendship Class)
This class serves children with a variety of special needs and meets during 1nd service at 9:00am. The children meet in the back portable for Bible lessons, crafts, and music. We request that the first time your child joins us that you accompany them so we can get to know them and you better. You will find registration forms to bring with you on your first visit online. Questions? Contact Pam Bennett at or 925-461-7461.
A Bible study and fellowship group for adults 18 and over with developmental disabilities. The meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month from mid-September through June. Each meeting starts at 6:00pm with a free dinner at 6:15pm followed by prayer time, Bible study, craft and games. Special events are also scheduled throughout the year. For additional information and/or to reserve a spot, contact June Irick at or 925-828-1363. Friday Friends meets upstairs in the Seminar Room.

- All of our pew Bibles are large-print! Large-print bulletins with words to the music are available as well. If you need a large-print bulletin, please ask a greeter.
- The elevator is accessed from the walkway between the Sanctuary and the church office. There is also a lift back-stage in the sanctuary for stage access.
- We have wheelchairs available for on-campus use. Just ask an usher if you have need for one.
