People are brought into an ever-deepening relationship with Christ and the family of God (centered on God’s Word)
Engage—a place to grow
People are nurtured and cared for in small groups, where they are encouraged to grow in their relationship with Christ
Serve—a place to give
People respond to Christ by serving others
Multiply—a place to invest
People are joining with others to reach the world with the Good News and are discipling other believers to grow and replicate
The centrality of Christ
- Spiritual growth flows out of our relationship with Christ

Exploring—a basic belief in God but unsure about Christ; faith is not yet a significant part of their lives
Growing—have made a commitment to Christ but just beginning to learn what it means to be in relationship with him
Embracing—depend on Christ daily, turning to him for help and guidance for the issues they face
Yielding—relationship with Christ is the most important relationship in their lives; fully surrendered to Jesus and his agenda
